• Preparing lunch for tomorrow.

    Tomorrow is my first day of classes. Normally, my Wednesdays I have class 12:30 till 8:45. Since tomorrow is the frist day I’m sure my professors won’t keep me the entire class time. Any way, I stil need to prepare lunch and snacks.

    • hummus will also work
    • whole grain tortillas
    • fresh spinach leaves
    • zucchini, cut into sticks
    • bell peppers, cut into sticks
    • asparagus
    • avocado, sliced into sticks
    • organic extra firm tofu

    For snacks I’m thinking about bringing triscuits and an apple.
