Tomorrow is my first day of classes. Normally, my Wednesdays I have class 12:30 till 8:45. Since tomorrow is the frist day I’m sure my professors won’t keep me the entire class time. Any way, I stil need to prepare lunch and snacks.

- whole grain tortillas
- fresh spinach leaves
- zucchini, cut into sticks
- bell peppers, cut into sticks
- avocado, sliced into sticks
- organic extra firm tofu
For snacks I’m thinking about bringing triscuits and an apple.
