I made chickpea burgers! They were super yummy. And I only used one piece of bread!

I had quinoa with peas, whiting, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. 

Hmm. 


Lunch time.

For some reason whenever I’m in my college town I always eat lunch closer to 2:30/3. 

Any way, I’m thinking about making tuna with beans and on the side, cherry tomatoes with zucchini and a little feta cheese.

For dinner I want to make asparagus, any great ideas for asparagus?
